Armani Casa – SUNNY ISLES, FLORIDA
This project began with the comprehensive planning and permitting phase, ensuring all architectural designs met local building codes before execution. A critical component of the exterior work involved professional waterproofing of the balconies, followed by the precision installation of high-quality porcelain tiling throughout both the balconies and the unit’s interior to create a seamless transition between spaces.
The interior’s atmosphere was redefined through a sophisticated electrical and lighting scheme, headlined by the installation of a stretch ceiling (techo tensado). This feature integrated a complex lighting design, including perimeter illumination, kitchen track lighting, and linear fixtures centered in the living room, complemented by the installation of decorative luminaires. To finalize the architectural vision, we prepared the electrical infrastructure required by the design and adapted the space for custom carpentry (to be completed by others).
