This project focused on high-end masonry and comprehensive surface treatments, beginning with the extensive installation of natural stone across the fireplace wall, BBQ area, and entrance flooring. This stonework was extended to the second-floor common areas, the main staircases, and the primary bathroom to create a cohesive, luxury aesthetic. To complete the architectural detail, we installed baseboards throughout the entire residence and applied professional plastering to all ceilings and walls, followed by a full interior and exterior painting phase that included the meticulous coating of window frames and doors.
The exterior and mechanical scope involved the replacement of outdoor pavers and the installation of a new gutter system for improved drainage. We performed specialized treatment and painting of the BBQ area ceiling to ensure durability and weather resistance. For the mechanical upgrades, we replaced the existing HVAC units and integrated “plaster-in” air conditioning grilles for a seamless, flush-mount appearance. While electrical, plumbing, and carpentry were handled by others, our team ensured all surfaces were perfectly prepped to integrate with those final installations.
