Onda Residences
This project at Onda Residences focused on elevating a luxury interior through refined finishes, curated lighting, and cohesive detailing across all living spaces.
The electrical scope included the installation of lighting fixtures throughout the unit, combining functional illumination with decorative elements to enhance the overall ambiance. Carefully selected decorative light fixtures were incorporated to reinforce the contemporary aesthetic of the residence.
Wall treatments played a key role in defining the character of the space, featuring the installation of high-end wallpaper alongside the application of Venetian plaster finishes, adding depth, texture, and a sense of craftsmanship. These elements were complemented by full interior painting, ensuring a clean and unified look.
Flooring was installed throughout the entire unit, paired with recessed baseboards that contribute to a sleek, minimalist appearance and seamless transitions between surfaces.
Additional elements included the installation of glass shower doors, A/C grills, and window treatments, completing both functional and aesthetic aspects of the design.
While the stretch ceiling and carpentry fabrication were executed by others, the project was developed in coordination with these components to ensure a cohesive final result.
The outcome is a sophisticated and modern living space defined by elegant finishes, integrated lighting, and meticulous attention to detail.
