ALTON RD – MIAMI BEACH

This project involved a comprehensive structural and aesthetic renovation, beginning with a strategic demolition and the reinforcement of the building’s core through new columns and tie beams. Following the architectural blueprints, we executed a complete layout modification that included framing, drywall installation, plastering, and professional painting, as well as the laying of new flooring and specialized wall tiling in the bathrooms.

In addition to the interior finishes, we performed a total overhaul of the property’s infrastructure by installing new electrical wiring, lighting systems, and comprehensive plumbing for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry areas. The mechanical scope featured a full redesign of the HVAC ductwork and vent placement, concluding with the professional installation of all major appliances. The result is a fully modernized, structurally sound space that integrates high-end design with updated utility systems.
