Five Park Miami Beach
This project at Five Park involved a comprehensive interior upgrade, combining demolition, custom millwork, and architectural finishes to create a refined and contemporary living environment.
The renovation began with the removal of existing flooring in the living room and master bedroom, as well as the demolition of the vanity and mirror in the powder bathroom, preparing the space for a complete transformation. A full electrical upgrade was carried out throughout the unit, including new wiring for lighting in accordance with the design plans, as well as dedicated electrical provisions for stretch ceiling installations and the integration of pendant lights, table lamps, and floor lighting.
A key feature of the project was the installation of stretch ceilings (techo tensado) in the living room and master bedroom, enhancing the spatial perception while allowing for seamless integration of the lighting design.
Custom fabrication elements played a central role, including the installation of bespoke mirrors and glass shower enclosures, adding both functionality and elegance. Wall finishes were elevated through the application of high-end wallpaper in the hallway and all bedrooms, complemented by full interior painting to ensure a cohesive and polished look.
Millwork was a defining component of the project, featuring custom wall paneling throughout the living room and the installation of tailored closets in all bedrooms. The highlight of the space is a custom-designed TV unit, crafted with green onyx, serving as a striking focal point that blends luxury materials with modern design.
Final touches included the installation of window treatments, completing a sophisticated interior defined by custom craftsmanship, integrated lighting, and premium finishes.
