Oceanía Condominiums
This project at Oceanía involved a full-scale interior renovation, focused on redefining spatial quality, upgrading finishes, and integrating custom design elements throughout the residence.
The scope began with extensive demolition, including the removal of existing flooring across the entire unit, ceiling demolition to allow for increased height and a new architectural concept, as well as the removal of bathroom vanities, mirrors, and kitchen surfaces to prepare for new installations.
A key architectural transformation included the elevation of ceiling heights and the installation of drop ceilings in the living room and master bedroom, complemented by a stretch ceiling (techo tensado) in the foyer, creating a dynamic and modern visual experience.
Electrical work was fully upgraded, including the installation of new lighting fixtures throughout the unit, new wiring for closets and general areas, as well as the integration of switches, outlets, and dimmers to allow for flexible lighting control and enhanced functionality.
Flooring and surface finishes were carefully selected to balance durability and aesthetics. Tile was installed in the guest bathroom, vinyl flooring in the secondary closet, and porcelain surfaces were fabricated and installed in the kitchen, contributing to a cohesive and contemporary material palette.
Bathrooms were upgraded with quartz vanities, custom mirrors, and glass shower enclosures, delivering a clean and sophisticated look. The kitchen underwent a complete renovation, featuring new quartz countertops and porcelain finishes that elevate both design and usability.
Custom millwork played a central role in the project, including the fabrication and installation of closets, TV units, doors, and decorative wall paneling throughout the unit, ensuring a unified and high-end design language.
Final finishes included the installation of window treatments, wallpaper, and full interior painting, resulting in a modern, elegant living space defined by refined materials, enhanced lighting, and bespoke craftsmanship.
