Portofino Tower
This project at Portofino involved a full interior renovation, focused on modernizing the space through updated finishes, improved functionality, and cohesive design integration.
The scope began with the complete demolition of the existing kitchen and key interior surfaces to prepare for the installation of new stone finishes, as well as the removal of the existing bathroom vanity. A new custom vanity and countertop were fabricated and installed, along with a new toilet and a sleek glass enclosure for the bathtub, enhancing both comfort and visual appeal.
Flooring upgrades included the installation of high-quality vinyl flooring throughout the entire unit, extending seamlessly to the balcony, complemented by new baseboards and interior doors to unify the aesthetic.
Custom millwork played a significant role in the transformation, with the fabrication and installation of new closets designed to maximize storage while maintaining a clean, modern look.
Architectural enhancements included the installation of stretch ceilings (techo tensado) in the living room and master bedroom, allowing for a refined finish and integrated lighting potential.
A complete electrical upgrade was carried out across the unit, including the relocation of outlets, the addition of new electrical points for mirrors, and the installation of extra outlets as required by the design, ensuring both functionality and compliance.
Final finishes included the installation of window treatments and full interior painting, resulting in a polished, contemporary living space that reflects both quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
