The Estates at Acqualina – SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA

This project focused on high-end interior finishes, featuring the installation of new drop ceilings with a Level 5 plaster finish for a premium, seamless look. The electrical infrastructure was fully modernized, including new wiring for recessed and decorative lighting, the relocation of outlets and switches to match the new design, and the addition of dedicated circuits to support future home automation systems.

To complete the aesthetic vision, we adapted the wall structures to accommodate custom carpentry and performed professional wallpaper installation. A key custom feature was the fabrication of porcelain cubes designed to integrate with the millwork, followed by a comprehensive painting phase of all ceilings, baseboards, and doors to ensure a cohesive, polished result.
