Warehouse Project
This warehouse project in Miami focused on the transformation of an industrial space through strategic layout reconfiguration, upgraded finishes, and enhanced lighting design.
The scope began with the demolition of existing interior walls to redefine the spatial layout and improve functionality to the new operational requirements. This intervention allowed for a more open and efficient distribution of the space.
A complete painting process was carried out, including the warehouse ceiling and all interior areas, providing a clean and cohesive visual identity. Flooring was upgraded with the application of epoxy coating throughout the entire warehouse, delivering a durable, low-maintenance, and visually polished surface suitable for industrial use.
Door installations included both a glass door system, adding a modern and transparent element to selected areas, and an industrial metal door, reinforcing functionality and security.
Electrical work played a key role in the project, with the installation of new lighting systems across the space. This included pendant lighting, general illumination, and dimmers for lighting control, allowing for flexibility and improved working conditions.
Bathroom areas were also updated with the replacement of existing vanities, contributing to the overall upgrade of the facility.
The result is a modernized industrial environment that balances functionality, durability, and clean design, tailored to meet contemporary operational needs.
